Overview
Learn how to make smarter business decisions. Research has shown that
more than 50 percent of business decisions fail outright, or aren't fully
implemented. Because of this, people are now realizing the severe limitations
in the traditional or logical decision-making model many of us have been
taught to use. In this session we introduce you to a new expanded model
which explains how decision-making really happens - whether they be transactional
decisions; impulsive decisions, intuitive decisions or carefully-deliberated
major decisions.
